7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping Charges

If you choose to return a product, the return delivery/shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. These charges will not be covered or reimbursed by QalbRoyal.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed using your original payment method (where applicable), or through another agreed refund method.

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or wish to exchange your item for another size or color (subject to availability), you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping charges for customer-requested exchanges must be paid by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

• Items returned without their original packaging or tags.

• Clearance, sale, or final-sale items (unless defective).
